Set a timer for 1 minute.
You may want to close your eyes. Allow your mind to focus on your breath, be aware of the air flowing into and out of your nose, what temperature is the air as it flows into your nose? what temperature is your breath as it leaves your nose? what sound does your breath make? are you aware of any smells in the air?
